What We Do

        Bevis Law Offices is a dedicated and caring general practice law office located in Fairfax, Virginia.  John Bevis is thoroughly familiar with the courts and legal system in Northern Virginia having been in the same location for over 20 years.  He has extensive ties in the community, and can provide guidance and insight on a wide variety of issues affecting his clients.     
         While our primary practice focus is bankruptcy*, criminal, and serious traffic matters, many long-time and new clients come to us with general legal matters.  These include areas such as wills, contracts, leases, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate issues, among others.  These matters usually can be reviewed and explained for a client quickly and economically.  Where necessary, we can refer our clients to other attorneys or professionals with expertise in a particular area.
